Joan’s Obituary Joan E. Neuman, 85 of Forks Township, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019, at VNA Hospice House at St. Luke’s, Bethlehem. Born Sunday, May 7, 1933 in London, England, she was the daughter of the late Bertie and Evelyn M. (Jenkins) Newton. She and her husband, Robert W. Neuman were married on October 8, 1960.

She was an administrative assistant Bristol-Meyers-Squibb Company, Brunswick, NJ for many years before retiring in 1991 prior to that she worked at Schoor Engineering, Matawan, NJ. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, LCMS, 2012 Sullivan Trail, Easton. In addition to her husband, she is survived by son, Christopher Neuman and wife Tricia of Manalapan, NJ and grandchildren, Sierra, Dakota and Cole.

She was predeceased by son, Stephen Neuman, brother, Peter Newton. There will be a memorial service at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 15, 2019, at Faith Lutheran Church, LCMS, 2012 Sullivan Trail, Easton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church in care of the Bartholomew Schisler Funeral Home, 211 East Center Street, Nazareth, PA 18064.
