OBITUARY Joanne Dayringer October 27, 1929 – December 25, 2018 Joanne B. Dayringer, 89 of Grand Rapids, passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on Christmas morning. Born October 27, 1929 in Flint Michigan to Harvey and Winifred Bowman. Loving wife of 60 years to the late Rev.

Leon E. Dayringer. Survived by; Cherie (Doug) Erbes, Henry (Carol) Dayringer, Jim (Ellen) Dayringer and Tim (Gayle) Dayringer. Grandmother of Amy (Ken) Westphal, Brad (Erin) Cramer Erbes, Matt (Erica) Dayringer, Michael Dayringer, C.J. Dayringer, Christopher (Sasha) Dayringer, Tammy (Gabe) Gonzalez, Lisa Dayringer, Amanda(Alex) Brittian, 7 Great-Grandchildren and her brother Harvey E. Bowan Jr. Preceded in death by parents, Harvey and Winifred Bowman and her husband Rev.

Leon E. Dayringer. Joanne was an elementary teacher for 20 years. After she retired she traveled in a 5th wheel for several years before moving to Arizona.

After 15 years she moved back to Michigan to live at Clark Retirement Community and to be near her children. She was an accomplished seamstress and loved to quilt, knit and find new crafts to do. She loved to spend time with family, and her grandchildren, even when they were wild and crazy.

She will be deeply missed. Visitation for Joanne will be on Friday December 28, 2018 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Reyers North Valley Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will continue at Clark Retirement Community 1551 Franklin SE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49506, on Saturday December 29, 2018 starting at 10 a.m. until the time of her funeral at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest at Blythefield Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Clark Benevolent Care Fund.
