Obituary of Jocelyne Sias Corinth – Jocelyne D. Sias, 86, wife of the late Charles M. Sias, Jr., died of cancer, on Dec. 6, 2018 at Emilio Estates, in Corinth. She was born Nov.

21, 1932 in Brunswick, the daughter of Eugene C. and Alexina O. (Aube) Levesque, of Brunswick, and Holyoke, Massachusetts. Jocelyne was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, Bangor,. She worked at WABI TV in sales, and was an avid reader, formidable crossword-puzzle solver, passionate flower gardener, and faithful feeder of her beloved backyard birds.

Surviving are her four children, from her first marriage to Ronald Robert Fournier, of Brunswick, Marjorie T. Tourigny and her husband Joseph of Dixmont, Claudette C. Blanchet and her husband Keith of Dracut, Massachusetts, Richard R. Fournier of Piermont, N.H and Russell G. Fournier of Manchester, New Hampshire; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; stepchildren,Jon Sias and wife, Susan of Henderson, Nevada; Betsy Richards and husband Don, of Port Charlotte, Florida, Chip Sias and wife, Rachelle of Quebec, Canada and Steve Sias of Bangor. She is also survived by Stacy Brooks of Bangor, a neighbor and beloved friend who for many years voluntarily provided much love and practical assistance to Joycelyne and Charles Sias. She was predeceased by a daughter, Monica Ann Paiva, stepgrandson, Jeffrey Sias and three siblings, Lucy Cowan, Roger Levesque and Maurice Levesque.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2018, at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, 207 York St., Bangor. Burial will be at Mt.

Hope Cemetery, Bangor. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to any charities of disadvantaged children anywhere in the world, a practice Jocelyne followed faithfully many years of her life.
