Obituary for Jodi Korstad Jodi Marie Korstad (Winona) was born November 7, 1972, in Granite Falls, Minnesota. She attended and graduated high school in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Jodi was a loving and caring mother and grandma.

She truly loved her family more than anything. She loved each of her children and they all had a special place in her heart. Her kids always knew how much she loved them as she would tell them constantly and how proud of them she was.

Becoming a grandmother was one of her greatest joys, spoiling and spending time with her grandson Cano anytime she could. In her spare time, Jodi loved to spend time with her family and friends. She also was a very good cook and loved being in the kitchen.

Everyone knew that if you needed a good laugh come and hang out with her, she was always one to crack a joke and put a smile on your face. Her compassion and big heart was open to everyone, if you needed anything she was always there. She is survived by her parents, Donna Korstad of Granite Falls; Don (Margaret) Korstad of Granite Falls; Siblings, Lenaya Korstad of Granite Falls; Andrew (Tina) Korstad of Granite Falls; her children, Brennen Peters of Granite Falls; Courtney Peters and grandson, Cano of Granite Falls; Emma, Madison, and Kara Owen of Granite Falls; and all her nieces and nephews.
