Obituary for Mr. Joe Henry Aiken Joe H. Aiken Easley, SC Funeral services for Mr. Aiken will be held 2:00PM, Saturday, April 14, 2108 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the mortuary. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Joe Henry Aiken, 82, of 115 Old Pond Street, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Regency Hospital in Greenville. Born in Easley he was the husband of Martha O’Donald Aiken and a son of the late George Robert and Sadie Galbreath Aiken. He was retired from Alice Manufacturing and had served in the U.S. Army Reserve.

He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was of the Methodist faith. Surviving in addition to his wife of 62 years are a daughter Debbie A. Thompson of Easley; 2 sons, Terry Joe Aiken(Carol) of Harvest, Alabama and Nathan Aiken (Darlene) of Pickens; a sister, Tina Hopkins of Greenville; 4 grandchildren, Kerensa Aiken, Daniel Tyler Aiken, Tron Henderson, and Megan Murray; 4 great grandchildren, Rebecca, Joeseph and Leah Aiken, and Paxton Murray.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a son in law, Tye Thompson; 3 sisters, Lucy and Ollie Masters, and Hazel Marler; and 2 brothers, Benjamin F. Aiken and Samuel Earl Aiken. The family will be at the home. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.
