OBITUARY John Alfred Linton Jr. June 11, 1932 – October 10, 2018 Mr. John Alfred Linton, Jr., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 after an illness in Missouri City, TX at the age of 86. John was born in Charleston, SC on June 11, 1932. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Geraldine E. Linton and daughter Kathleen Girabaldi.

John served his country for a short time in the U.S. Navy and then the U.S. Airforce which he was honorably discharged. John was also an avid Amateur Radio operator for most of his life, W8DKI. John’s greatest accomplishment were his 6 children.

He is survived by Dale Linton (Darlene), John Linton (Sharon), Julie Hawk (Ed), Tom Linton and Peggy Linton. He had 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Camille Davis with a Place for Mom for all her help and guidance.
