Obituary for Mr. John Barbour Mr. John Barbour, 81, of Wingo, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018 at his home. Mr. Barbour was born on May 25, 1937 in Chicago, IL to the late Daniel Barbour and Bernice Augusta Barbour. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mairene Davis, two brothers, Daniel Barbour and Matt Barbour and two sisters, Jenette Scott, Carol Louise Allen.

Those left to cherish his memory include a son, John Barbour, Jr. of Wingo; two daughters, Laura Christensen (John) of Mayfield, Dawn Murphy of Colorado Springs, CO; two sisters, Dorothy of Battle Creek, MI, Jean Theode of Alsip, IL; seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
