Obituary for Mr. Gary Travis Mr. Gary L. Travis, 61, of Murray, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House. Mr. Travis was born on June 7, 1957 in Mayfield, KY to James and Ovelia Warren Travis. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ovelia Travis and a brother, Bobby Travis.

Surviving Mr. Travis is his wife of 17 years, Toni Travis of Murray; two daughters, Candez Campbell (Randy) of Calvert City, Shawna Travis of Benton; three sisters, Brenda Kincaid of Michigan, Peggy Reed of Mayfield and Vickie Bynum of Mayfield, as well as three beloved grandchildren, Breana, Paige and Briar; and two special caregivers, Gary and Jennifer. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 1 PM – 4 PM at the VFW, 4166 Eggners Ferry Rd, Benton, KY 42025. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Anna Mae Owen Hospice House in Murray, Gary Travis funeral expense fund via Go Fund Me account or a veteran’s organization of your choice.
