Obituary for Mr. John Wesley Shekell Mr. John Shekell, “Johnny”, 40, formerly of Murray, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Ohio County Hospital, Hartford, KY. Johnny was born on March 13, 1978 to John Randall and Debra Ann Shekell. He was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death is his mother, Debra Ann Shekell. Those surviving include his father, John Randall Shekell of Murray; a son, Logan Shekell of Benton; a daughter, Emily Shekell of North Carolina; three sisters, Joy Camp (Michael) of Murray, Brandi Shekell (Bobby Smith) of Murray, Dawn Shekell (Ed Young) of Murray; eight nieces and nephews, Nathan, Devin, Ethan, Samarah, Aleah, Olivia, Kora, Kody; one great niece, Emma Camp of Murray along with special friend, Alexa Woosman. No services are scheduled.
