John C. Crane, 88 of Buena Vista , NJ. passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family March 24, 2019. He was a resident of Delaware County, PA until the age of 55 when he and his lovely wife of 67 years, Esther Crane, moved to Buena.

John was born in Philadelphia on July 27, 1930 to Alexander and Alice Crane. He was Military Police in the Army serving in Italy during the Korean War. He worked for Boeing as a foreman and Inspector for 30 Years.

John loved spending time with his family. They spent many summer days in Wildwood, NJ. together.

He was quick witted and enjoyed bird watching as well as playing cards with his family. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Predeceased by sister, Peg (Grif) Griffith and brother in law Stan Ross.

Survived by his wife Esther Crane, his 3 daughters Barbara (Kevin) Maginnis, Charlotte (Rick) Milavsky, Judy (Sam) Trasatti; son, John (Katie) Crane; siblings, Dorothy Ross and Penny French; 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation: Friday, 10:00 am at St. Eugene Church 200 S. Oak Ave. Primos, PA 19018.

Funeral Mass: Friday, 11:00 am at St Eugene Church. Interment: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The St. Jude Foundation PO Box 1000 Department 142 Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
