John Edward Weaver (Eddie), 87, of Mill Hall, passed away peacefully February 19, 2019 at Haven Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Lock Haven. He was born November 6, 1931 in Lock Haven to the late John and Mary (Reeder) Weaver of Mill Hall. He was married to the love of his life, Marchua (Seyler) Weaver for 68 years.

John worked at Piper Aircraft for 33 years and then Brodart until his retirement. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. John is survived by his children, Carol Strouse of Bellefonte, Craig (Sherry) Weaver of Williamsport and Karen (Bruce) Browning of Glenmoore; nine grandchildren, Amber Buchanan, Matthew Strouse, Jennifer Vargo, Heater McCarthy, Jonathan Weaver, Craig Weaver, Beth Sanderson, T.J. DeGarmo and Seth DeGarmo; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

John was dedicated to his family and inseparable from his wife. Also, he loved watching nature, especially eagles. John will be sorely missed by all who love him!

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are entrusted to the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
