Obituary for Mr. John F. Mercugliano Our Brother! Our Hero! We thought we would share some thoughts about Johnny.

To know him was to love him. He certainly was one of a kind, brimming with life force, generosity, compassion, happiness and especially humor. His home for the last 39 years was Inglis House in Philadelphia, but many can remember him sitting on our porch on Broad Street in Paulsboro.

At Inglis House, he enjoyed playing shuffleboard and could beat everyone in checkers. He also loved Keen games and won many medals. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

He was a sweetheart and greeted everyone with a smile. We are heartbroken. Johnny was truly a treasure.

Have a great journey Johnny. Johnny is survived by his sisters, Diane Pasquini and Jessica and Pat Giordano; both of Gibbstown and several nieces and nephews. Johnny was predeceased by his parents, Margaret and Louis Mercugliano Jr. Funeral Services will be private.
