OBITUARY John H. Linder January 24, 1938 – January 16, 2019 John Henry Linder (Pasquale), born on January 24, 1938, and a native of Plaquemine Louisiana and long-time resident of Baker Louisiana, went home to meet the lord on January 16, 2019 at the age of 80. John was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, a loving husband and father, and will be missed greatly. He was the greatest Blessing from God’s earthly rewards given to us as a husband, father and grandfather.

May John’s peace in God’s kingdom, be a witness of our Lord Jesus Christ, and His grace. He was preceded in death by his father Johnny Linder, mother Nora Hilda Williams, stepmother Marie Eve Linder, and sister-in-law Jerry C. Hanks and husband Alvin. He is survived by his wife Diane G. Linder of 58 years, son John Clinton Linder and wife Rhonda, daughter Andie C. Hanna, grandsons D.J. Sells and wife Melissa, and Dustin C. Hanna, Tyler Randall and Tucker Randall.

Two brothers, Norman Linder and wife Diane, Ernest C. (Tinker) Linder and wife Barbara. In-laws Jacob E. and Maria Cloessner, Charles and Kay Cloessner, and Linder Didier, with numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Paul Mathis Jr., Jason Cloessner, Matt Cloessner, D.J. Sells, Dustin Hanna, Jody Hanna, Cody Hanna, and Christopher Hargroder.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm. 9595 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, La 70815.

The funeral service and committal service will be officiated by Pastor Paul Brill with Bethany World Prayer Center.
