John is survived by his wife, Dorothy of Holly Hill, FL; three children, Frances Carr of Edgewater, FL; Donald (Nancy) Johnson of New Smyrna Beach, FL; Amy Johnson (Angela Lim) of Berkeley, CA and many other extended family members.
