Obituary for John Paul Tillery Paul Tillery, 90, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 Memorial Service: 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Parkwood Retirement Community, 2700 Parkview Lane, Bedford, TX. Interment will be at DFW National Cemetery at a later date. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to First Baptist Church of Hurst Building Fund.

Paul was born in Fort Worth on Dec. 31, 1927. He was a graduate of Polytechnic High School, Texas A&M University, and the University of Houston.

Paul was a veteran of the Korean War and attained the rank of captain, US Army Reserve. Paul is survived by sons, Thomas and James; daughter, Lezah Meacham; and five grandchildren. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of John Paul Tillery please visit our Sympathy Store.
