John Robert Thomas, Sr., age 71 Of Elizabethtown passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 12, 1947 in Hodgenville, KY the son of the late Marvin E. and Pearl Thomas. He was a Veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.

He is survived by his daughter, Juanita Mullarkey (Artie) of Elizabethtown, his son, John Robert Thomas, Jr. (Patricia) of Ustes, FL, one brother William Thomas, five grandchildren, Matthew Liles, Brittany Hall (Jeffrey), Samantha Thomas, Lauren Sebastian, and Benjamin Adkins, and two great-grandchildren, Cambrie Adkins and Kyler Sebastian. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Dwayne, Melvin and David Thomas.
