Obituary for John Ted Lewis Jr. John Ted Lewis, Jr. was born July 24, 1953 and passed away October 27, 2018. Ted was born in Atlanta, Georgia to John Ted Lewis, Sr. and Betty Jo Cochran. He was a 1971 graduate of Avondale High School.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Ted is survived by his wife of twenty years, Jill Davis Lewis and son Conner Daniel Lewis. Also Eric Mead and daughter Tristann Lewis McCarthy.

His surviving siblings are Debi (Max) Kimball, Bobby Lewis, David Lewis, and Celina (Kelly) Clay. His family also includes eight nieces and nephews as well as eight grand nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 4, 2018 in the chapel of Parrott Funeral Home at 4 o’clock.
