Obituary for John W. “Jack” Poklemba John W. “Jack” Poklemba 73, of Naples died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Physicians Regional Medical Center. Jack was born November 14, 1944 in New Eagle, PA a son of the late Steven and Helen (Chisar) Poklemba. He had been a resident of Naples since 1966 coming from Donora, PA.

Jack was a veteran of the Vietnam War having proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, Jack moved to Naples and began his career in the produce business. From 1966 thru 1992, he worked for the Gargiulo Farms of Naples as the general manager of their packing house.

He also worked for 6L Farms and Pero in the same capacity. He was a member of the Living Word Family Church. He was also a member of the VFW Post 7721 in Naples and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Immokalee, FL.

He is survived by his loving wife, Yrene Poklemba of Naples, FL; 3 children, Aurora M. Salinas and her husband, Juan of Boca Raton, FL, John W. Poklemba, Jr. of Pompano Beach, FL and Jennifer A. Arellano and her husband, Espirion of Naples, FL; 4 grandchildren, Orianna, Jovann and Isla Arellano and Sebastian Salinas. Jack is also survived by his 3 brothers, Robert (Bonnie) Poklemba, Joseph (Rhonda) Poklemba and James Poklemba and 3 sisters, Pat Jones, Anna Marie Poklemba and Helen Poklemba. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Andrew, Richard and Stephen and one sister, Monica Brant.

A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Living Word Family Church 10910 Immokalee Rd. , Naples, FL 34120. The family suggests that memorial donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Living Word Family Church.
