Obituary for Johnnie Ray Fulks Memorial Services for Johnnie Ray Fulks, 73, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Kennedy Funeral Home, Tulsa, Oklahoma with Mike Mitchell officiating. Graveside Services will follow at South Heights Cemetery in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at his home in Tulsa.

He was born August 1, 1944 in McAllen, Texas to Harold and Pauline (Mathias) Fulks. He graduated from Odessa High School in 1963. He has worked for Coca Cola, Coors and owned his own home repair business.

Johnnie enjoyed fishing, collecting cookie jars, swing dancing and family reunions. He was active for several years in Tulsa dance competitions. Survivors include a son Ricky Fulks and wife Jamie of Sherman, Texas; son Johnnie Fulks and wife Debi of Red Oak, Texas; sister Paulette Ray of Midland, Texas; brother Danny Fulks and wife Kathy of San Angelo, Texas; brother Ronnie Lipsey and wife Vicki of Odessa, Texas; uncle Lloyd Fulks of Tulsa, Oklahoma; six grandchildren Curt Fulks, Cristin Childre, Caren Fulks, Cassidy Fulks Jason Fulks and Nolan Peeples; eight great-grandchildren Eli, Ian, Dylan, Isaac, Beth, Ethan, Emerson and Jacob.

Johnnie was preceded in death by his parents Harold Fulks and Bessie Lipsey and a sister Donna Seider. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Johnnie Ray Fulks please visit our Sympathy Store.
