Preceded in death by his son Kevin and brother Jack. Survived by his wife Joyce Catignani Allen, daughters Marie (Jason) Allen, Lesley (Randy) Pedigo and Nikki Allen, sons Kelly (Statia), Ray, Carl (Nikki), Tim, Daniel (Brittany), Christopher, and Blake, his mother Myrtle Brewer, brother Ronnie, and 14 grandchildren.

Visitation with family will take place at Anderson & Garrett Funeral Home on Thursday, January 3rd from 3 P.M. until 8 P.M. and again on Friday, January 4th from 8 A.M. until 8 P.M. with a rosary service at 7 P.M. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am at St. Pius X Catholic Church on Saturday, January 5th. Interment will follow at Carney-Demonbreum Cemetery in Ashland City. His sons will serve as Pallbearers.
