Obituary for Jonathan David Madison Jonathan David Madison, 49, of Fredericksburg passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Mary Washington Hospital. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and racing. Jonathan is survived by his wife of 13 years, Tammy Madison; his children, Amber, Seth, and Jonathan Madison, and Dustin Fisher, his mother, Mary Ellen Madison; sister, Victoria Madison; 16 grandchildren; stepmother, Sheila Madison; and numerous extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Thomas Madison; his granny, Irene Brown; and his uncle, Lee Brown. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Izaak Walton League of America, 12400 Herndon Road, Spotsylvania, VA 22553. In lieu of flowers, Jonathan’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations for the twin’s school fund.
