A graveside service will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at Cummings Family Cemetery, Lawson Merritt Road, Fort Valley, with Rev. Ed McQueen officiating.

Survivors include his parents, Jose and Melissa Guzman Sr.; sisters, Elizabeth Guzman and Kimberly Guzman; nephews, Drew Willis and Deandre Willis; paternal grandparents, Gabriel and Minerva Guzman of Laferia, TX, numerous aunts, uncles, other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, George Cummings and Marie Deason, and cousin, Jessica Morris. In lieu of flowers, please contact the family concerning donations.

Rooks Funeral Home of Fort Valley is in charge of arrangements.
