Obituary for Joseph G. Cipoletti Joseph Cipoletti of Great Kills passed away on Sunday January 6. 2019 at Staten Island University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. A proud Veteran of the United States Navy, Joseph served aboard the USS Johnston, and was honorably discharged in June of 1952.

Joseph worked for the New City Transit Authority as an Electrical Maintenance helper retiring in 1991. He enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, as well as watching any sports game on television whether it be horse racing, football, basket ball, boxing or baseball. Joseph was a die hard Brooklyn Dodger fan but after they moved out West he became a fan of the New York Mets.

What Joseph enjoyed the most however was spending time with his 3 sons who he loved and they loved him and having the traditional Sunday Dinner with his entire family. He is survived by his devoted wife Carmella. His three loving sons Joseph, Richard and Michael, his daughters in law; Lorraine, RoseAnne and Susan.

His brother George, his four sisters Mickie Perretti, Mary Williams, Jeannie Barone and Louisa Raymondino. Joseph also leaves behind his 10 grandchildren and his 6 great grandchildren. Religious services will be held on Thursday beginning at 11:00AM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. 28 Eltingville Blvd.
