OBITUARY John P Tanna June 5, 1937 – January 1, 2019 John P Tanna passed away peacefully at home on January 1st 2019 at the age of 81. John was born in Manhattan, NY on June 5th 1937 and moved to the Great Kills section of Staten Island in 1969. John was a retired plumber for the Dept of Education with a NY Master Plumber License.

His beloved wife of 54 years Jean nee’ Bachmann passed in 2009. Also, he was predeceased by his brother Frank Tanna and sister Joan Dominguez, and is survived by his sister Ann Tanna John is survived by his sons, John and Joseph Tanna and daughters-in-law Deborah and Joann. His daughters Linda McIntosh, Marie Stapleton and son-in-law Frank.

His Grandchildren Nicole, Edwin, John, Brandon and Victoria. Great Grandaughter Logan. John also enjoyed spending time with his family, trips to Atlantic City, playing poker and he was an avid Giant and Yankee fan.
