Obituary for Joseph Robert “Wes” Westley Print Joseph Robert Westley “Wes”, 86, a lifelong resident of Wood-Ridge, passed away on January 29, 2019. Mr. Westley served in the U.S. Navy Seabees during the Korean War. For over 50 years, he was an amazingly talented wood worker and was the proprietor of Joseph Westley in Wood-Ridge doing carpentry work, retiring in 2001.

Wes was a member of the Euclid Masonic Lodge 136 in Hasbrouck Heights and the Snipe Boat Club in Carlstadt. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Friscia) Westley. Loving father of Kimberly D. Westley and the late Wendy Kutzelman.

Cherished grandfather of Nicholas C. Kutzelman, Joseph Robert Westley II and his wife Amanda, Hailey S. Guhr and great grandfather of Jackson Robert Westley and Effie Pauline Westley. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 in Holy Faith Lutheran Church, 104 Paradise Rd. , Oak Ridge at 10:30 AM.

Cremation will be private. Visitation at the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad Street, Carlstadt on Friday from 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Teterboro Animal Shelter, 100 United Lane, Teterboro, NJ 07608.
