Broshear August 30, 1933 – May 05, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Joseph William Broshear, age 85, a resident of Lakepointe Villa Senior Care in Clinton Township, Michigan passed on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mount Clemens, MI. He was born on August 30, 1933 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Joseph proudly served in the United States Coast Guard and later the Coast Guard reserves for many years.

He earned two master degrees in both Journalism and English and was later employed as an editor for many years at a newspaper company in the Ann Arbor area. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Harold W. Vick Funeral Home, 140 South Main Street, Mt. Clemens.

Interment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly Twp. , MI. Share memories at www.
