Obituary for Joseph Willicka Joseph J. Willicka, 87, of the Plantsville section of Southington, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the Summit at Plantsville. He was the husband of the late Melda (Bellefleur) Willicka. He was born March 9, 1931 in New Britain the son of the late Blazey and Mary (Mancik) Willicka.

He had worked for many years at Allied Control and had retired from Precision Dynamics. He was Supernumerary Police Officer in Southington for 30 years. He was a devoted parishioner of St. Thomas Church.

He is survived by two sons, Jan Willicka and David Willicka both of Southington, 4 grandchildren, Sara Willicka, Jan, Kyle and Trevor Drullard. He was predeceased by a daughter Claudia Chavez. The Funeral will be held Thursday 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to St. Thomas Church at 10 a.m. for a mass.
