OBITUARY Josephine Lucy Foto July 23, 1926 – July 8, 2018 Josephine Lucy Foto – beloved sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 8, 2018, at the age of 91. Josie was born July 23, 1926, in Bunkie, Louisiana to Italian immigrant parents and celebrated her heritage throughout her life. A decades-long member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, she’ll be remembered for her authentic Italian cookies and her love for gardening.

She will be missed by her daughter, Frances Becker; granddaughter Angela Stengel and her husband, Eric; grandson Stephen Becker and his wife, Jennifer; great-granddaughter, Abigail Stengel; and sisters Angeline Zaby and Laura Arnone. Josie was preceded in death by her husband, Pete; son, Pete Jr.; and siblings Pete, Mary, Ciro and Sam. The Mass of Christian Burial for Josie will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Hill Mausoleum North Chapel, located at 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas, 75220.

Father John Libone of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas will officiate. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 9:30 AM, prior to the mass, also at Calvary Hill Mausoleum North Chapel. Entombment will follow at Calvary Hill.

Calvary Hill Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas has charge of arrangements.
