Josette Lenore Wilson, 25 of Goldsboro passed away on February 9, 2019 in a tragic car accident. She was born on Feb 05, 1994 in Easton to Reginald Lee Wilson and Lenora Beth Wilson. Josette was a 2012 graduate of North Caroline High School where she was a member of the Band of Blue participating as the Drum Major.

She loved music, was an avid reader and had her own make up blog. Josette was always cheerful with a positive attitude. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Joe Talley.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her sister Mary Edna Latrice Weaver & her husband William “Buzzy” Weaver, Grandmother Edna Talley Aunt Cathy Squier & husband Tracy, Uncle, Gus Talley and wife Dawn, Aunt Crystal Weathers, Uncle Michael Wilson and wife Jeanne, Aunt Vanesa Wilson, cousin Paul Miller, her beloved pets Athena and Casey and a host of extended family & friends. A funeral service for Josette will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 15 in the Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, Greensboro where a visitation will be one hour prior to the service, from 1:00 to 2:00. Burial will follow the service in the Greensboro Cemetery.
