Obituary for Joyce A. Bush (Brothers) JOYCE A. “PAGE” BUSH MASSENA- Joyce A. “Page” Bush, 78, of 81 Nightengale Avenue, peacefully passed away early Wednesday morning, October 17, 2018 at the St. Regis Nursing Home. She had been in failing health. Joyce was born on April 16, 1940 in Potsdam, daughter of the late Glenwood and Ruth Hatch Brothers.

She graduated from St. Lawrence Central School, and on November 10, 1956 she married Robert L. Page at the Church of the Visitation in Norfolk, with Msgr. Francis Connors officiation. Robert predeceased her on January 18, 2003.

On May 19, 2007 she married Arnold E. Bush, Sr. at the Church of the Sacred Heart. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, and a member of the Jolly Agers in Norfolk, the Massena Seniors Citizens, and the Parkinson’s Support Group. Joyce worked for 24 years as a clerk at the Ames Department store in Massena.

She enjoyed travelling and cherished her time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Joyce is survived by her husband Arnold; and four children, Cynthia and Gary Felstein of Florida; Randy and Deanna Page of Potsdam; Ricky Page of Stockholm; and Michael Page of Columbus, Indiana; six stepchildren, Diane Miller of Massena; Nancy Bush of Massena; Steven Bush of Albany; Arnold E. Jr. and Llauni Bush of Norfolk; Christopher and Jill Bush of Buria, Ohio; and Aaron and Michael Bush of Albany; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; her sister Joan Major of Canton, NY and Ohio; and two brothers, Harold and Sandra Brothers of Massena; and Clyde and Phyllis Brothers of Arizona. Besides her parents Glenwood and Ruth, Joyce was predeceased by two brothers, Clifford and Vernon Brothers.

Friends may call at the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena, on Monday 5-7:00 PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery in Louisville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce’s memory to the American Heart Association or the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
