Joyce Eileen Butler of Clearwater, Florida, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019 in The Oaks of Clearwater. She was 81. Joyce was born July 21, 1937 in Manhattan, New York; the beautiful daughter of the late William and Mary Sims.

Joyce enjoyed art and gardening and was a life-long member of the baptist church. She is survived by her four children; Juanita Robbins, Scotty Robbins, John A. Robbins and James D. Robbins. She was the loving grandmother of four grandchildren; John Robbins, Jr, Kane Robbins, Evan Robbins and Sharon Robbins Bustos.

Joyce also leaves behind two great grandchildren; Bailey Bustos and Alison Bustos. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Suncoast Hospice (North Pinellas Unit – Pearl Team) 5771 Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760.
