Judith Ann (Judy) Bradshaw Judith Ann (Judy) Bradshaw 71 of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018 at Duncan Regional Hospital. Graveside Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at Rock Creek Cemetery, with Rev. Ronny Bernard officiating and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Judy was born January 4, 1947 in Wilson County, Kansas to Leo & Magile (Stone) Blevins, she was married to Leroy (Frankie) Bradshaw on May 13, 1982 in Duncan, Oklahoma Frankie preceded her in death on September 24, 2015. Judy was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she was a member of Ray of Hope Church and the Women’s Study Group. Judy id survived by her daughter; Deborah JoAnn Collins of Duncan, Oklahoma, a son; Donald Ray Waldron of Marlow, Oklahoma, brother; Ronnie Blevins of Delaware, and a sister; Joyce Gregston of Duncan, Oklahoma, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
