She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Gordon “Mick” Bell, sons Mike and Marty, and sisters Maria, Veda, and Gloria. She was preceded in death by her son Mark, her sister Donna and brothers Junior, Carl, John and Kenny.

She served as grandma for Ian and Jesse Cook and Carl, Frieda and Irene Schimmel. Her pet names for each of them induced loving eye-rolls. She was part of every celebration and milestone in the lives of their families.

Judy was beloved by many- she had a smile and a kind work for everyone she met, always looking for a way to nurture and uplift everyone around her. She made it her personal mission to breathe celebration into every holiday that passed. This often included large amounts of candy.

She was a giver of gifts for no special occasion, whenever she found something she thought someone would like. She was a doll collector and never got too old to play with them. She loved Snowbabies, which she proudly displayed in the cabinet Mick wired to light up her collection.

Judy worked in the computer industry as it was just launching, at both Sycor and Irwin Magnetics. She thoroughly enjoyed supervising the young people who assembled those early computers. In later years, she helped raise the children in the Delhi neighborhood.
