Judy’s Obituary Mrs. Judy Ann Sooter, age 72, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019 in Hope. She was born August 6, 1946 in Hope, Arkansas to J.D. and Catherine Haltom Smith. Judy was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and a retired librarian for Hempstead County Library.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Judy is survived by her husband of over 52 years, Charlie Sooter of Spring Hill ; two sons, Jeff Sooter and Rachel and Ricky Sooter and Regina all of Spring Hill; four grandchildren, Damon Sooter of Spring Hill, Sarah Sooter of Conway, Ryan Sooter of Spring Hill and Charles Sooter of Spring Hill; two sisters, Norma Cobb and Betty Townsend and Terrell all of Spring Hill. Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday, March 29, 2019 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Hope.

Funeral service will be 10am Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Hope, Arkansas. Internment will follow in Evening Shade Cemetery with Bro. Lane Garner officiating under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
