Judy’s Obituary Judy Kaye Noah, age 63 of Morgan Township, formerly of Mt. Healthy passed away on December 26, 2018 at her residence. She was born on February 13, 1955 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Thurnie and Cordie (Prewitt) Harper.

She was educated in the Mt. Healthy schools. On February 22, 1973 she married her loving husband, Randall “Randy” Noah and together they had one son.

She is survived by her husband; her son, Eric (Penny) Noah; one granddaughter, Sidney Noah; her brothers, Frank Harper, John Harper, Bill Harper, and Ernie Harper; one sister, Joanne; her brother-in-law, Mike (Kathy) Noah; and many other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, OH on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 11:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 1:00 PM.
