Obituary for Julia Ann Young FRIENDSHIP – Julia A. Young, 66, went home to be with her Lord, Friday, April 13, 2018 with her daughter at her side. Born in Milford, Massachusetts, August 7, 1951, she was the daughter of Louis and Blanche Racicot Fallone. Julia married Henry Young on August 29, 1970.
Julia worked as a CNA, taking care of elderly patients and some pretty awesome youngsters over the years. She had a soft spot for each and every one. She had the biggest heart of anyone, and a special place for everyone.
Julia loved us all unconditionally, the good the bad and the ugly. She was a prayer warrior in the truest sense. When she prayed there was no doubt in her mind, and mountains moved.
Her smile could light up even the darkest of rooms, and her laughter could lift spirits from depression to joy in a heartbeat. She loved life, plants, animals, her family and friends. She was always ready to lend a hand to anyone anytime day or night.
She had such a fierce love you could not help but feel it fill a room. Her grandbabies and all her nieces and nephews were always so very special to her. Julia crocheted, gardened, and could clean house like nobody’s business.
She loved game time with her family, and she was one heck of a good cook. Above all she loved her Lord Jesus! Predeceased by her husband Henry in 2000, her sons Rodney, Henry and Lawrance and her brother James Fallone, Julia is survived by her daughter, Tracy Matson and her husband William of Friendship; her siblings Barbara Willette, Gloria Gordon and her husband Wade, Sheila Landrey and her husband Dicky all of Zepher Hills, FL, Toni Jacques and her husband Michael, Beverly Duclos and her husband Brian all of Massachusetts, Ty-J Fallone and his wife Joan; her sweetheart of three years, Jaynes W. Perry of Rockland; and three grandchildren, Rachel Campagna, Joseph Campagna and Henry Campagna, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Julia’s life will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Warren Baptist Church, Main Street, Warren. The Reverend Dr. Linwood Welch officiating. Interment at Achorn Cemetery, Rockland will be held at a later date.
