OBITUARY June Adell Reeder May 31, 1927 – November 4, 2018 June Adell Reeder, 91, of Dogwood Ranch Road, Unicoi, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at John M. Reed Nursing Home. She was a bookkeeper at her husband’s business and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Reeder was a Christian.

One of her favorite things to do was to play tennis, which she did until she was 85. She was an avid animal lover, especially of cats and possums. She was a founding member of the California Possum Society and fostered many baby possums.

Survivors include her husband; Ralph Reeder of Unicoi; daughter and son-in-law: Claudia Reeder Langley and Thomas of Unicoi; grandson and wife: Thomas Aaron Langley DVM and Carla of Tryon, North Carolina; great grandchildren: Sydney Langley and Porter Langley of Tryon, North Carolina; son-in-law: Steve Haywood of Johnson City; granddaughter: Jenny Haywood of Johnson City; granddaughter and husband: Melanie and Gregg Primeaux of Mission Viego, California; nephew and wife: David and Marsha Reeder of Sandy, Oregon; and nieces: Lea Mosley of Garden Grove, California and Tracy Knox of Vancouver, Washington. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Christine J. Haywood, her parents, Abbietta Porter Fritcher and Ernest Lester Fritcher, and a brother, Ernest (Bud) Fritcher DDS.
