OBITUARY Judy Bogner August 19, 1949 – December 26, 2018 Judy Bogner, 69, of Mosheim, Tennessee, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Judy was born in Lemington, Ontario, Canada to Gaines and Eileen Derbyshire. Judy received her associate degree in 1971 from State College of Florida, becoming a Registered Nurse.

She received her bachelor degree from Eastern Oregon University and later went to the University of Wyoming to work on her Master’s Degree. During her nursing career, she spent 25 years of Medical Surgical Nursing and 10 years as Supervisor at Eastern Oregon State Hospital. Her last 5 years of nursing took place at Morristown Hamblin Hospital on the Medical Surgical Unit.

She was a loving wife of 48 years, mother, grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, and teaching a variety of crafts to her family and friends. She attended Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church and enjoyed being part of the UMW.

Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years: Luther Bogner; a brother, Keith and Rene Derbyshire of Canada; three children: William (Linda) Bogner of North Ft. Myers, Florida, Valerie (Jim) Cheeseman of Ellenton, Florida, and Diane (Brian) Servis of Wimauna, Florida; 12 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents: Gaines and Eileen Derbyshire; brother: Guy Derbyshire; daughter: Sally Jo Beaubien; and son: Scott Bogner.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church with Rev. Gayle Jenkins officiating at a later date. The family extends a special thank you to Smokey Mountain Hospice for the love and care given to Judy by the nurses and Pastor James Goins, her primary doctors and specialists and to all at the United Methodist Church.
