June’s Obituary Mrs. June Stockdale 79, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on February 23, 2019. Daughter of Alleene Adams Iler and James Bennett Iler. June was born in Statesboro, Georgia on November 15, 1939.

She graduated from Statesboro High School and Bolen-Draughon business college in Savannah before marrying aerodynamicist Robert Crouse Stockdale in 1957. June was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker but she was most known for her love of her volunteer ministry. June is survived by her loving husband Robert Stockdale of Cumming, Georgia.

Children; Brenda Stockdale (Michael Milton) of Alpharetta, Georgia, Brett Iler Stockdale (Cynthia Bales Stockdale) of Jackson, Tennessee. Sister; Judy Iler of Cumming, Georgia. Grand children Michaela Renee Headrick (Jake), Kent Stockdale, Matthew, Thomas, Emily, and Rachel Milton.

Many nieces and nephews also survive. A celebration of life will be held in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home on Saturday, March 2nd at 1pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alpharetta Humane Society and to jw.org.
