Kai is survived by his loving wife Lizhen Yang; caring daughter Fei Wan and son in law Peng Peng; grandchildren Tristan and Alex Peng; siblings Quanshui Wan, Jianchang Wan, Huixiang Zhang, Kaixiang Zhang, Hanxiang Zhang, and Zhongxiang Zhang. Relatives and friends are invited to share in Kai’s Life Celebration on Sunday, December 16, 2018 beginning at 2:00PM followed by his Funeral Service at 2:30PM at Decker Funeral Home 216 York Rd.
