Gunville, 63, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at her home in Grand Forks. Karen Ann Mueller was born December 8, 1955 in Webster, SD the daughter of Robert and Marie (Eikanas) Mueller. She was raised and attended school in Grand Rapids, MN.

She went on to obtain her Cosmetology License from Josef’s School of Hair Design in Grand Forks. She was employed in a variety of jobs in Grand Forks. Karen was a person of many interests.

She enjoyed working with her son, Dallas on his race car and being with her family and dogs. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Karen married Alex Gunville on December 17, 1997 in Grand Forks.

She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, coworkers and all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Alex; her sons, Shane Brevik, Springfield, MO, Dallas Brevik, Grand Forks, ND, Baron “Wolf” Brevik, Logan UT; her daughters, Raven Brevik, Dilworth, MN, Danielle (Dustin) Collins, West Plains, MO, Shasta Brevik, Grand Forks, ND, Shadoe Brevik, Springfield, MO; a brother, James (Kay) Mueller, Grand Rapids, MN; 17 grandchildren and one on the way; special friends, Cheryl and Judy and her dogs, Sitka, Memphis, Jerry Lee and Chance. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Celebration of Life: Will be held Alex and Karen’s home, 1117 1st Avenue North, Grand Forks, ND, 58203 starting at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2019. The online memorial registry may be signed at www.
