Smith Smith, Karen J., (nee Asher) of House Springs, Missouri, was born August 2, 1952, in Farmington, Missouri to Glenwood and Marie Asher and entered into rest Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Cedar Hill, Missouri at the age of 65 years, 11 months, and 15 days. She is preceded in death by her parents and one son, David Smith Jr She is survived by her loving husband David Smith of House Springs, Missouri, Two (2) children, Craig (Jessica) Smith of Hannibal, Missouri and Glenda Rennie of Ellington, Missouri, Six (6) grandchildren, Anna, Abigail, Jasmine, Kaitlyn, Craig Jr. and Emmit, Three (3) siblings, Virginia (Leroy) Nettles, Jimmy (Joanne) Barron and Roseanne DeClue, Niece and Nephew, Lori Cookson and David Schwarzen Jr., and many other family and friends.

Karen was an avid reader; she loved ghost stories. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
