Former Fulton, MO resident Karen Lee Kuczynski, age 73, died on June 7, 2018 with her family in Grand Rapids, MI by her side. Karen was born and raised in Chicago, where she attended Art School after high school graduation. She met and married fellow art student, David A. Kuczynski.

They were married 47 years before David passed away in 2016. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Ethel Gunderson. Karen worked as an artist and graphic artist most of her life in both Fulton, MO and Southern CA, where she resided for many years.

Karen also loved poetry , and wrote many of her own poems. She was a loving mother and friend to many. She is survived by her sister, Gay (Jerry) Tanner; daughters, Jessica (Mitch) Baldwin and Lisa (Troy) Shick; three grandchildren and six nieces and nephews.
