Karen Turney of Beecher, IL passed away January 28, 2019 at Advocate Christ Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Karen was born on September 8,1962 the daughter of Clayton and Ronella Oldenburg nee Holleman. She is survived by her loving husband Brent Turney, her sons Logan and Ethan, her mother Ronella Oldenburg a sister Toni (Robert) Wilson a brother Kevin Oldenburg as well as mother and father in law Robert and Eldona Turney as well as Erma Gruhn and a sister in law Tami Redman as well as many nieces and nephews also survive.

She is preceded in death by her father Clayton Oldenburg and her grandparents Anthony and Hilda Hollemen. Albert Sr. and Barbara Oldenburg. Karen loved lighthouses and worked at Sum Total Systems for 29 years.

Visitation will be held Sunday February 3, 2019 from 1-7 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Beecher. Funeral services will be conducted Monday February 4, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. also at Zion Lutheran Church. Burial will be held at St. Paul Cemetery in Beecher.

Rev. Ron Rock will officiate.
