Karen S. Cordingly, 76, of Tipp City passed away peacefully in her sleep in the morning of Wednesday, 20 March 2019, after a long bout with cancer. Karen was born on 8 December 1942 in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Thomas Cordingly and Florence Smith. She is survived by her brother Thomas Cordingly of Grand Rapids, Michigan, her two sons, Kraig Hittinger of Tampa, Florida and Aaron Attridge, of Tipp City, two granddaughters, and five grandchildren.

Karen – who was strong in her Lutheran faith – excelled at a wide range of skills and hobbies, to include accounting, crocheting and other crafts, office management, gardening and caregiving. The memorial service to celebrate Karen’s life will be held at the All Saints Lutheran Church in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania on Saturday, 20 April 2019 at 11:00 AM, followed by a luncheon.
