Obituary for Katherine Cowham (Etheridge) Katherine Marie Cowham, 68, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 19, 1949, the daughter of Ray Etheridge and Betty Luan (Nolan) Powell. Kathy graduated from Battle Creek Central High School.

She worked at Morse Brothers and Hilliard Lyons. Kathy is survived by her Mother, Betty Powell; Daughter, Heather Firestine; Sons, Brent (Judy) Cowham, and Erin Cowham; Grandchildren, Ericka (Jim) Haley, Zach, Emily, and Allison; Great-grandson, Sammy; Brothers, Billy (Celeste) Etheridge, and BJ Etheridge; Sister, Robin (Al) Reed; life long friends, Mike and Lynne Haas of Richmond, VA and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other loving family. She was preceded in death by her Father, Ray Etheridge, Jr., Great-grandson, Nathaniel Haley, and her loving Husband, Russell Wayne Cowham.

She liked pottery, gardening, and playing slots. He greatest treasure in life was being a mother. She loved all babies especially her grand babies.

Visitation will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..
