Obituary for Katherine Sue Romero 1941-2018 Katherine Sue Romero, “Sue”, as she was known to everyone, age 77, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018. She was a member of the Santa Rita Catholic Church and the Santa Rita Followers in Riley, NM. Sue was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She loved life, loved to laugh and loved to dance. Sue will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Hipolito (Paul) Romero.

Sue is survived by her sons; John Allen (Sue) Odom of Charlotte, North Carolina, Richard “Lee” (Michele) Odom of Bernalillo, NM, James Smith of Belen, NM, daughter; Cynthia Louise “Cindy” (Matthew) “Matt” Ghoslin of Farmington, NM; her grandchildren; Kristin Sue (Wolf) Mundt of Cave Junction, Oregon, Cory Allen (Cindy) Odom of Albuquerque, NM, Randi Jo Solano of Albuquerque, NM, Justin Cole Odom of Cave Junction, Oregon, Codi Lee (Kyle) Odom of Albuquerque, NM, Erika Figueroa of Aztec, NM, Kyle (Krysta) Figueroa of Las Vegas, Nevada, Angel Figueroa of Farmington, NM; great-grandchildren; Evelyn, Rayden, and Rowin Mundt of Cave Junction, Oregon, Lilly Marie Odom of Albuquerque, NM, Izaac Hayden and Rozlyn Avenelle Odom of Albuqerque, NM, Jayden and Gabriel Figueroa of Aztec, NM, Keira Figueroa of Las Vegas, Nevada, Bricen Figueroa of Farmington, NM. The family would like to thank Ambercare, all the staff, for all the wonderful care they gave Sue during her time of need. Cremation has taken place.
