Kathleen Boroff, 61, of Convoy, Ohio was called home unexpectedly by her Savior at 10:45 PM at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Indiana surrounded by her family and friends. She was born July 19, 1957 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Terrell Eugene and Bertha Jane (Rhodes) Wilder.

On June 1, 1976 she married Steve Boroff and he survives of Convoy, Ohio. On August 7, 1976 her only child and love of her life, Bronson, was born. He also survives of Convoy.

In addition to Steve and Bronson, Kathy is survived by her sisters, Carolyn (Jim) Thompson of La Follet, Tennessee, Deborah Hower and Charlene Moody, both of Wapakoneta, Ohio; and brothers, Ron (Lynn) Wilder of Waynesfield, Ohio, Anthony (Karen) Wilder of Wapakoneta, and Darrell (Lisa) Wilder of Van Wert. Kathy was a 1976 graduate of Van Wert High School and a homemaker. She enjoyed Quilting, Arts and Crafts.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory with Anthony Wilder officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be directed to Kathy’s son, Bronson. Arrangements are being handled by Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert. Online condolences may be expressed at: www.
