Kathryn Bacon Mauldin, 94 of 912 S. Stribling St. went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Sept. 18th, 2018 at Pruitt Health in Toccoa, Ga. She was born Dec.

25th, 1923 in Plains, GA to Joseph & Martha Pennington Bacon. Kathryn was a retired nurse. She was married to the late Woodrow Sanford Mauldin.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph & Martha, her spouse, Woodrow Mauldin, son, Joseph Webb Mauldin, daughters, Sandra Douglas, Betty Kay Capps, a brother, Joseph… Read More » & Eugene Bacon. She is survived by a brother, Robert Bacon of Plains, GA, sisters, Sara Paradise of Americus, GA, Nell Mallard of Sarasota, FL, Marie Bacon of Marietta, GA, three grandchildren, one, great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held 11am Friday Sept.

21st, 2018 at the Oconee Memorial Park with Rev. Bobby Holcomb officiating.
