Kathy was born February 28, 1958 in Marshall, Texas to Jim Tom Jackson and Dorothy Mae Chambliss Jackson.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish her memory are her brother, John Jackson & wife Sheryl; nephew, Kevin Jackson; uncles, Robert Chambliss, Sr. and Wayne Chambliss; numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
